VINYASA yoga connects movement with breath. The continuous flow between postures builds heat in the body. This class is for strength and flexibility.
HATHA yoga focuses on individual postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). This class is for all levels
JAZZERCISE is an aerobic class for building strength and vitality. Upbeat music and a playful atmosphere
Special Classes & Workshops
Gentle & Restorative 90 Min Flow
This practice is about giving your mind and body the space to let go and move stagnant energies, allowing for the activation of your soul. Practice will start with a 15 minute meditation, followed by a gentle 60 minute flow that may include, but not limited to, both seated and standing postures. We will finish our practice with a closing meditation and a 10 minute savasana.
Jazzercise Saturdays 8am
Jazzercise Dance Mixx is our signature class format that will leave you energized for hours. Set to your favorite top hits, this full-body workout combines 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio with 20 minutes of strength training and stretching. With easy-to-follow moves and a certified instructor to motivate you, you’ll dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you. What do I bring? Wear something comfortable and stretchy. We have mats to borrow for free. Or bring your own. We have private mat storage if you'd like to keep it here.
Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?? Absolutely NOT! Yoga is an individual experience that meets you exactly where you are, and every day is different. This is a space of non-judgement. We will work with you to modify postures as needed. You'll be amazed how fast you improve!
Can my friend or spouse use my punch card? Sure. But the card must be present.
