Class descriptions
VINYASA yoga connects movement with breath. The continuous flow between postures builds heat in the body. This class is for strength and flexibility.
HATHA yoga focuses on individual postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). This class is for all levels
YIN is a slow and restorative form of yoga. Postures are held and supported by props for a few minutes at a time. This gives the nervous system time to settle in and gently yet deeply stretches soft tissue.

What do I bring? Wear something comfortable and stretchy. We have mats to borrow for free. Or bring your own.
Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?? Absolutely NOT! Yoga is an individual experience that meets you exactly where you are, and every day is different. This is a space of non-judgement. We will work with you to modify postures as needed. You'll be amazed how fast you improve!
